Single Will (for one person)
Just complete our online fact-find and submit to Sure Will once you have confirmed all the details are correct. Your Will is prepared by hand and a draft dispatched by e-mail or fax within 14 days of receiving your instruction (but usually a lot sooner). Upon your confirmation by e-mail or fax, the main documents and a copy will be printed and dispatched by first class post with instructions on how to get your Will signed and legally witnessed.
TOTAL COST is £49 by online payment or by cheque payable to Sure Will Limited. (Please note that your documents may be delayed whilst your payment by cheque clears)
Mirror Wills (for a couple)
This is if a couple both wish the same things to happen in their Will, however they may wish to name personal items or messages that differ to their partner. The service is the same as for a Single Will, but each partner has their own document and copy.
TOTAL COST is £69.00
Will Storage
We offer a specialist off-site storage facility, which is maintained to BS5454 standard. It is positioned 100 feet under ground where the vaults have been built out of solid rock, offering a naturally safe and secure environment. We charge a one-off fee which covers administration costs and postage. Once the will is in storage, there will be no further charges unless the will is removed for alteration or storage elsewhere prior to death.
TOTAL COST is £29.00
Attestation Service
Your Will becomes a legally binding document as soon as it has been signed correctly. Your signature must be witnessed by two people who must be present as you sign. Our experience has shown that many people prefer to have a professional will writer help them with the signature process. Sure Will offers this service to all its clients within a 25 mile radius of Birmingham.
